- 13 lb Ripe tomatoes
- 2 x Ribs celery, coarsely minced
- 3 med Onions, coarsely minced
- 1 med Green pepper, coarsely minced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Инструкции
- Quarter tomatoes; place in a 6-qt kettle. Add in the celery, onions, green pepper and parsley. Simmer, uncovered, till vegetables are tender, about 45 min, stirring occasionaly. cold slightly; putthrough a sieve or possibly food mill. Return to Kettle. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat; cold. Pour into freezer containers, leaving 1/2-in. headspace. Freeze up to 12 months.
