- 1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees. Meanwhile heat water; stir in salt to dissolve, then Five Spices.
- 2. Add in raw peanuts and mix well together. Then pour mix onto a roasting pan and spread out flat.
- 3. Roast till peanuts are a pale golden brown (about 1 hour), stirring at 10-minute intervals for even coloring and flavor. Serve warm or possibly cool.
- NOTE: Use skinless unroasted peanuts for this recipe.
