- After having peeled the potatoes, you must make them slices. Put all the oil in a frying pan, and when warm, add in potatoes with salt and turn them over. Take care not to let oil become too warm. Afterthat take potatoes out and drain them.
- Beat Large eggs very strongly and add in them a little salt. Mix with fried potatoes.
- Put three oil spoon in a big pan. When warm, pour mixed Large eggs and potatoes and shake the pan a litle. If you see it is detached and brown you can turn it, with care, using a big dish and shaking the pan let the other side become brown too.
- You can eat it warm or possibly cool.
