• 16 oz Italian bread loaf
• garlic powder (for bread)
• butter (for bread)
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1lb ground sausage
• 16 oz can tomato sauce
• 6 oz can tomato paste
• 1 med onion - diced
• 7 oz uncooked spaghetti
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese - divided in half
• 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese- divided in half
• 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning - generous
• 1 tsp salt - a pinch
• 1/2 tsp minced garlic
• 1/2 tsp ground pepper
