- 8 ounce Uncooked spaghetti, broken into thirds
- 6 x Green onions, cut into 1/4 inch pcs
- 4 x Italian plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
- 4 ounce Mozzarella cheese, diced
- Â Â (1 c. )
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Dry basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- Cook spaghetti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse in cool water to cold.
- In medium bowl, combine cooked spaghetti and all other salad ingredients.
- In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Add in to salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately, or possibly cover and chill till serving time.
- Yield: 8 (3/4-c.) servings.
