- 4 cloves garlic">garlic or possibly garlic">garlic pwdr
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 2 lbs. lean hamburger
- Italian spices
- Basil, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese
- Sugar

- In large pot saute/fry diced onion, green pepper, minced mushrooms. Add in browned hamburger. Add in tomato sauce and seasonings. Cook for at least 3 hrs, stirring occasionally.
