Name: Southern Style Honey "Barbecued" Chicken
Ingredients: 1 x Chicken, (2 1/2 to 3 lb) cut in serving pcs; Salt and Pepper to taste; 1 c. Thinly sliced onion; 3/4 c. Tomato sauce; 1/4 c. Each honey and cider vinegar; 2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce; 1 tsp Paprika; 1/4 tsp Bottled warm pepper sauce.

Ингредиенты

1 x Chicken, (2 1/2 to 3 lb) cut in serving pcs
Â Â Salt and Pepper to taste
1 c. Thinly sliced onion
3/4 c. Tomato sauce
1/4 c. Each honey and cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Bottled warm pepper sauce.

Инструкции

In a large baking dish, place chicken, skin side down, in single layer.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour mix over chicken. Bake uncovered at 375 degree for 30 min.
turn chicken pcs and bake 20 min more or possibly till glazed and thoroughly cooked.
Makes 4 servings.
