  • 1 x Chicken, (2 1/2 to 3 lb) cut in serving pcs
  •     Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 c. Thinly sliced onion
  • 3/4 c. Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. Each honey and cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Bottled warm pepper sauce.

  1. In a large baking dish, place chicken, skin side down, in single layer.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Pour mix over chicken. Bake uncovered at 375 degree for 30 min.
  4. turn chicken pcs and bake 20 min more or possibly till glazed and thoroughly cooked.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
