- 3 c. flour (sift and measured)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce.) can pineapple and juice
- 2 c. minced ripe hard bananas
- 1 c. walnuts (minced)
Инструкции
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl beat Large eggs till foamy. Add in oil, vanilla, and blend. Pour oil and vanilla mix into dry ingredients. Stir with a mixing spoon, don't use electric mixer, till moistened. Stir in pineapple and nuts, then stir in bananas - mix well but don't beat. Spoon into well greased 10 inch tube pan or possibly can also be baked in loaf pans. Bake tube pan 1 hour and 20 min or possibly small loaf pans, check in 35 min. Oven at 350 degrees. Frost with cream cheese icing if desired. Good plain!
