- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. water

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Reserve 2 Tbsp. dry cake mix for filling. In large bowl blend cake mix, lowfat sour cream, oil, sugar, water, and Large eggs. Beat at high speed for 3 min. Pour 2/3 of the batter into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Combine filling ingredients and sprinkle over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter proportionately over filling mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 min, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold right side up for about 25 min, then remove from pan.
- Combine glaze ingredients together and drizzle over cooled cake.
