- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 (15 ounce.) can pinto beans, liquid removed
- 1 (10 ounce.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese (4 ounce.)
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. corn chips
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese (2 ounce.)
Инструкции
- Brown grnd beef in skillet and drain. Stir in beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, onion and 1 c. shredded sharp cheese (4 ounce.).
- Set aside 1 c. corn chips; crush remaining chips. Mix chips and meat mix.
- Put in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 min at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and spoon lowfat sour cream atop casserole; sprinkle with the 1/2 c. shredded cheese. Sprinkle remaining 1 c. of corn chips around edges and bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 min more. Makes 6 servings. Serve with salad.
