- 1 quart. (4 c.) cream or possibly half & half
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped chives
- 1 pound fettucini, cooked
- 1 lemon
- Parsley
Инструкции
- Combine cream and butter in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring regularly till thick, glossy and reduced by half. Add in salmon, chives and pepper (to taste). Stir gently for 1 minute. Put fettucini on serving platter and pour the salmon cream sauce over. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
