- 2 links smoked Polish sausage (cut in 1/2 inch slices)
- 1 med. minced green pepper
- 1 med. minced onion
- 3 to 4 minced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. water
- Salt and pepper
Инструкции
- Brown onion and green pepper in shortening. Add in tomatoes and sausage. Mix well. Add in the catsup and about 1/4 c. water. Mix well and add in remaining water. Bring to a boil. Simmer for about 20 min. Serve as an entree or possibly as a main dish over cooked rice. Makes about 6 servings.
