- 2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 env. brown gravy
- Water per directions of gravy mix
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

- Place roast in oven casserole. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover. Place in 325 degree oven for 3 hrs. Serves 8.
