- Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast
- Beef and vegetables in a savory gravy
- Instruments
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp each freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder
- 3 lb Beef Rib Roast
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp each red wine vinegar, tomato paste and brown sugar
- 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 1½ tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup water
- Slice beef, serve with sauce, vegetables and donât forget the mashed potatoes ; )
