- 1 can lowfat cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 ounce)
- Â Â undiluted
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 dsh cayenne pepper
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- Â Â cut into cubes
- 1 x rib celery minced
- 1/2 c. minced green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 pkt frzn peas (10 ounce) thawed
- 2 Tbsp. diced pimientos liquid removed
- Â Â warm cooked rice

- In a slow cooker, combine soup, flour, pepper, cayenne till smooth. Stir in chicken, celery, green pepper and onion. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hrs or possibly till meat juices run clear. Stir in peas, and pimientos. Cook 30 min longer or possibly till heated through. Serve over rice.
