Инструкции

  1. Blend cornstarch with sugar, salt, ginger, chicken broth, soy sauce and garlic. Set aside.
  2. Preheat wok or possibly skillet 3 min over high heat. Add in oil and mushrooms. Stir-fry over high heat 1 minute. Add in peas. Stir-fry 2 min. Add in shrimp. Stir-fry 2 to 3 min till just done. Don't overcook. Add in chicken broth mix and stir till thick. Serve immediately with steamed rice or possibly chow mein noodles. Serves 6.
