- 1 Tbsp. Sesame seed, toasted
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 lb Turkey breast slices
- Â Â Warm cooked Japanese curly noodles if you like
Инструкции
- Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coals or possibly gas grill.
- Mix teriyaki sauce, sesame seed and ginger.
- Cover and grill turkey 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 20 min, brushing frequently with sauce mix and turning after 10 min, till no longer pink in center. Throw away any remaining sauce mix.
- Serve turkey with noodles.
- Yield: 4 servings.* To toast sesame seed, heat in ungreased skillet over medium heat about 2 min, stirring occasionally, till golden.
