- 1/4 cup Braggs (which by the way is awesome and so much better for you than soy sauce!)
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
- 4-5 cups vital wheat gluten
- 3/4 to 1 cup unbleached white flour
