Ingredients: 2 c. minced cooked meat (ham, roast beef or possibly pork); 2 c. minced cooked potatoes; 1 med. onion, minced; 2 tbsp. butter; Salt and pepper; 1 can condensed cream soup (celery, mushroom, or possibly chicken)

Ингредиенты

2 c. minced cooked meat (ham, roast beef or possibly pork)
2 c. minced cooked potatoes
1 med. onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
1 can condensed cream soup (celery, mushroom, or possibly chicken)

Инструкции

Cook onion in butter till tender. Layer in casserole 1 c. potatoes, 1 c. meat, onion, 1 c. meat, 1 c. potatoes. Blend 1/2 c. water with soup, pour over potatoes; top with crushed cracker crumbs, if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
