- 8 ounce. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 8 ounce. lg. shrimp, shelled, remove veins
- 1 pound cod, cut in 1-inch pcs
- 8 lg. scallops
- 8 ounce. crab, canned
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- Sm. amount of oil

- Use non-stick pan. Saute/fry garlic till very lightly browned. Remove garlic from oil. Saute/fry mushrooms, fish, scallops, and shrimp till cooked. Add in crab and heat. Serves 4.
