- 1 (6 ounce.) bag (1 c.) peanut butter morsels
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 4 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. (1 c.) chocolate chip morsels
- 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened
Инструкции
- Heat peanut butter morsels with peanut butter in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until well blended.
- Remove from heat. Add in Rice Krispies, stirring well till coated.
- Press half the mix into buttered 8x8 pan. Set the other half aside.
- Refrigerate while you prepare fudge mix.
- Combine chocolate morsels, sugar, butter, and water into double boiler till chocolate melts and it is well blended.
- Spread over chilled cereal mix.
- Spread remaining cereal mix over top. Press in gently.
- Chill. Remove from refrigerator 10 min before cutting into squares.
