- Non stick spray coating
- 1 pound fresh scallops
- 1 (9 ounce) frzn artichoke hearts
- 1/2 lg. green pepper
- 1/2 lg. red pepper
- 1 T oil
- 2 c. cooked couscous or possibly rice
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
- 3/4 c. water
Инструкции
- Cut peppers into thin strips. Cook couscous or possibly rice. Mix: lime juice, cornstarch, sugar, chicken bouillon and water. Set aside. Run water across hearts to defrost. Spray wok. Stir hearts and peppers till crisp. Remove to a plate. Cook sauce till thick. Add in scallops and vegetables. Heat 2 min. Serve over couscous. Serves 4.
