- 2 pound grnd sausage
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Large eggs

- Combine the sausage, bread crumbs and Large eggs. Form into meatballs. Brown the meatballs well and drain.
- Combine ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and red wine vinegar, in a saucepan. Heat and stir till sauce is smooth. Add in the meatballs to the sauce and simmer 30 min. This can be frzn and reheated in a moderate oven 30 min.
