- Crumble sausage in warm pan. Fry till there is no pink. Add in flour 1 Tbsp. at a time. Stir quickly. Stir till a paste forms. Then add in lowfat milk, 1 c. at a time. Mix should be thick. Pan should be on high. Add in salt.
- Biscuits: Mix shortening with flour, using pastry cutter. Add in lowfat milk, stirring quickly. Knead and put on flat surface. Roll out and cut dough. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 min.
