- 1/4 c. butter
- 6 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 4 c. lowfat milk

- Layer bread, sausage, and cheese. Pour butter and mustard over. Pour Large eggs, salt, and lowfat milk over. Cover overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Great for company brunch.
