- 1 pound Italian sausage, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 lg. green peppers, cut into 3/4 inch strips
- 1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 2 cloves, chopped
- 1 can Campbell's zesty tomato soup-sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 bag UNCLE BEN'S® boil- bag rice (family size) or possibly cooked rice

- In covered skilled over medium heat, cook sausage in 2 Tbsp. water for 5 min. Uncover, cook till sausage is browned on all sides. Add in green peppers, onion and garlic to sausage in skillet. Cook till peppers are tender crisp, stirring frequently. Spoon off fat, stir in soup and c. water and vinegar. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 min. Meantime, cook rice according to directions and serve over rice.
