- 2 Packages Kielbasa sausage
- 2 tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 dry onion

- Cut sausage into coin shaped pcs. Mix cut sausage with sauerkraut. Add in sausage drippings or possibly bacon drippings to mix. Put in 2 qt casserole at 350 degrees. Cover first 45 min; uncover last 45 min.
