- 570 ml double cream
- 1 x juice of 1 lemon juice
- 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper

- Add in the cream and bring to the boil.
- Cook for a few mirtutes till the sauce begins to thicken.
- Add in lemon juice salt and pepper to taste.
