Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/10 lt Chicken stock (qv)
  • 570 ml double cream
  • 1 x juice of 1 lemon juice
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Инструкции

  1. Reduce the stock to 150ml.
  2. Add in the cream and bring to the boil.
  3. Cook for a few mirtutes till the sauce begins to thicken.
  4. Add in lemon juice salt and pepper to taste.
