- 16 ounce Chunky salsa
- 1Â 3/4 c. Water
- 2 c. Elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 3/4 lb VELVEETA Process Cheese Spread, cut in 1/2" cubes

- Brown grnd beef in a large skillet; drain. Add in salsa & water; bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium low; cover with a tight fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 min or possibly till macaroni is tender. Add in Velveeta; stir till melted.
