Ингредиенты
- 200 gm salt salmon
- 750 gm potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. minced dill
- Â Â white pepper
- 4 x Large eggs
- 400 ml lowfat milk
Инструкции
- Soak the fish in cool water overnight about 12 hrs.
- Wipe it dry and cut in pcs.
- Peel and slice the potatoes.
- Put the potatoes and salmon in layers in a buttered baking dish.
- Sprinkle with dill and a little pepper between the layers.
- The first and last layer shouid be potatoes.
- Beat together the Large eggs and lowfat milk pour into the baking dish.
- Bake in a 175 degrees oven for about 1 hour.
- Serve with melted butter.
