- Hamburger patties
- 1 tbsp. fat or possibly butter
- 1 can mushroom soup (cream of mushroom)
- 1 c. lowfat milk (or possibly water)
- 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet, for color if you like

- Heat butter in skillet and brown patties on both sides. Mix mushroom soup, kitchen bouquet, and lowfat milk together and pour over patties. Turn heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 min or possibly till done.
