Delicious, easy and can make a nice presentation.

- 1.22 lb ground round (85/15)
- 1/3 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup fat free chicken broth
- 1 tsp of corn starch
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp gravy master seasoning
Инструкции
- Mix the first five ingredients. Shape into patties. Dip in flour on either side.
- Brown in olive oil on either side and then add the sliced mushrooms along with the chicken broth to the pan. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Remove the beef patties and thicken the liquid with corn starch (or flour) and season with gravy master.
- Plate the patties and pour the mushroom gravy over them.
