- Â Â Indian cheese, cubed
- Â Â Tinned spinach
- Â Â Fresh tomatoes, cubed
- Â Â Coriander, finely minced
- Â Â Vegetable oil or possibly butter
- Â Â Garlic and ginger
- Â Â Onions, finely minced
- 2 tsp Mixed curry pwdr
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Tomato puree
- 1 tsp Salt
Инструкции
- Heat the oil or possibly butter in a pan then add in the garlic and ginger and cook till brown. Add in the onions and cook till brown.
- Add in the curry pwdr, garam masala, salt and tomato puree. Cook for 5 min, stirring, till all the spices are thoroughly blended.
- Add in the cheese, spinach and tomatoes and cook for 10-15 min. Add in water as and when needed to reach the desired consistency.
