- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 bananas
- 2 teaspoon baking soda

- Mash bananas with baking soda. Set aside. Cream butter and oil. Add in sugar and large eggs. Beat well. Alternately add in flour and buttermilk. Continue beating. Add in banana mix and beat for a couple min. Pour cake mix into a greased 15 inch rectangle pan.Topping: Put together 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 tbsp butter. Sprinkle over top of cake. Sprinkle final layer of 6 oz chocolate chips and 1 cup minced nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 min.
