- 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 2 x Green onions, minced
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Poppy seed
- 8 c. Torn romaine lettuce (about 2/3 head)
- 1 c. Cubed honeydew melon
- 1 c. Cubed cantaloupe
- 1 c. Halved strawberries
Инструкции
- In blender container or possibly food processor bowl with metal blade, combine orange juice, vinegar, onions, sugar and salt. Cover; blend well. With machine running, slowly add in oil, blending till thick and smooth. Add in poppy seed; blend a few seconds to mix.
- In large serving bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss to mix. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat.
- Yield: 10 ( 1 c. ) servings.
