- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 450 gm lamb, cubed
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 1 can Sharwood's Rogan Josh Sauce
- 1/2 x red or possibly green pepper
Инструкции
- 1. Fry the cubed lamb & onion in oil till golden.
- 2. Stir in the contents of can
- 3. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 15 mins or possibly till the meat is tender.
- 4. Garnish with sliced peppers and serve with freshly cooked Sharwoods Basmati Rice and Warm Bengal Mango Chutney.
