- 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1Â 1/2 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 48 x Miniature marshmallows

- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat margarine and 1/2 c. of the chocolate chips in 1 quart. saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, till melted; remove from heat and cold. Mix remaining chocolate chips, the melted chocolate mix and remaining ingredients except marshmallows. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press 1 marshmallow in center of each Bake about 8 min or possibly till almost no indentation remains when touched. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cook on wire rack.
- Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
