- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 7 x Large eggs, separated
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 1Â 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp grnd cloves
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

- Mix oil, sugar and egg yolks. Add in flour and spices alternately with water.
- Mix in beaten egg whites. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 min.
