Ингредиенты

2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Vanilla
6 x Egg whites
2 c. White sugar
1Â 1/2 c. Minced nuts

Инструкции

Beat egg whites and slowly add in sugar, baking pwdr and vanilla. Beat till stiff. Fold cracker crumbs and nuts into egg mix. Bake in greased 9 X 13- inch pan at 375 degrees for 20 min.
1 large tub Cook Whip 2 large pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 c. crushed pineapple, well liquid removed.
Mix crushed pineapple with cream cheese. Mix in the Cold Whip and after the first mix cools, spread cream mix over it and chill.
