- 2 wrapped stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (8 ounce.) container Cold Whip
- 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn orange juice, thawed
- 2 (11 ounce.) cans mandarin oranges, liquid removed

- Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Reserve 1/2 c. to sprinkle on top. Pack remaining crumbs into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Mix Cold Whip, sweetened condensed lowfat milk, orange juice and oranges together. Spoon over crust and sprinkle 1/2 c. crumbs on top. Chill. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
