Рецепт Riso e lenticchie (Rice and Lentils): post New Years Eve version

Looking for  a way to use all those lentils leftover from New Year’s Eve? You could just reheat them, perhaps with some broth to make a soup, but here’s something even better, Rice and Lentils.
