- 4 c. Rhubarb -- diced
- 1 lrg Can
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Orange peel -- grated
- Peaches with juice

- Chop the peaches and combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
- Cover the surface of the mix with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 7-10 min, till it comes to a full bowl. Remove the waxed paper and cook on high for 15-25 min, unti l very syrupy, checking frequently in the last 10 min.
- Store in jam jars... freezes well too.
