Ingredients: 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened; 1/2 c. Brown sugar; 1/4 c. Sugar; 1 x Egg; 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 c. Flour; 1 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp Baking soda; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 1 c. Buttermilk; 2 c. Rhubarb, fresh or possibly frzn, diced; 1/4 c. Brown sugar; 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1/4 c. Sugar
1 x Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 c. Buttermilk
2 c. Rhubarb, fresh or possibly frzn, diced
1/4 c. Brown sugar
1Â 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 c. Walnuts, minced

Инструкции

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt and cinnamon; add in to creamed mix alternately with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 for 35 min or possibly till tests done.
