Ingredients: 3 sqr unsweetened chocolate; 1/3 c. water; 3/4 c. sugar; 1/8 tsp salt; 3 x egg yolks, well beaten; 1 tsp vanilla; 2 c. whipping cream

Ингредиенты

3 sqr unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp salt
3 x egg yolks, well beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 c. whipping cream

Инструкции

Combine first two ingredients. Bring to boil over low heat. Stir till well blended. Add in sugar and salt. Simmer 3 min. Stir constantly. Pour slowly over egg yolks stirring well. Cold. Add in vanilla. Mix in whipped cream. Spoon into freezer tray. Freeze 3-4 hrs.
