Ингредиенты

  • 3 sqr unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 x egg yolks, well beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c. whipping cream

Инструкции

  1. Combine first two ingredients. Bring to boil over low heat. Stir till well blended. Add in sugar and salt. Simmer 3 min. Stir constantly. Pour slowly over egg yolks stirring well. Cold. Add in vanilla. Mix in whipped cream. Spoon into freezer tray. Freeze 3-4 hrs.
