- 1/2 lb Grnd turkey
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 med Onion, diced
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1 x Jalepeno, chopped
- Â Â (seeds and membranes removed)
- 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1 tsp Oregano flakes
- 1 can Stewed tomatoes, 14 ounce
- 3/4 c. Water, or possibly less
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 16 ounce (canned) favorite chili beans
- Â Â (pink, red, pinto,etc)

- This is a quick recipe which produces a slightly warm, very aromatic chili.
- I liked it very much. Brown the turkey in a skillet. Transfer to a 3 qt pot. Brown the onion in the oil (yes, in the skillet). Transfer to the pot.
- Add in all remaining ingredients except the beans to the pot and simmer, covered, for 20 min, stirring occasionally, adding a little more water if things dry out too much. Drain the beans (or possibly not, as you choose) and add in them to the pot. Simmer another 10 min.
