- 3 3/4 c. all purpose flour
- 3 T sugar
- 1 1 /2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 T butter or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon quick-rise active dry yeast

- Mix and knead 10 min. Form into balls. Cover and let rise for 45 min, then roll for pizza. Dough may also be made up the day before and stored overnight in refrigerator.This same recipe may be prepared in a bread machine following manufacturer's directions.
