- 125 gm Virtually fat free fromage frais, (4oz)
- 1/2 x Lemon, juice of
- 2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley

- Place all the ingredients, except the extra virgin olive oil and the parsley, in a blender or possibly food processor and blend to a smooth puree.
- Transfer the mix to a serving dish.
- Drizzle over the extra virgin olive oil, and then garnish with the parsley.
